know that you may have a lot of questions. Unfortunately,
we can not answer all your questions into this FAQ page,
but you can always contact us
and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Pictures
- After you filled up the order form, we will email
to you the instruction on how to send us your pictures.
We will also include our mailing address in case you
want us to scan the pictures for you. After we finished
the project we will mail back to you the pictures. Shipping
and Scanning charges may apply.
Designs
- At the moment, the designs we provided in the order
form are the only designs we have right now. But we
can always work with you with the designs you prefer.
If you like any of our given design samples, please
let us know - this would help us think of a new design
for you Or enhance the design to fit your personal preferences.
Soon, more templates will be available.
Payment
- We accept payment via Paypal, money order or personal
cheques. Payment options will be emailed to you along
with your order confirmation.
Add
Ons - additional pictures, picture updates,
additional text pages, extra copies of cd or DVD, may
be requested just by emailing us. Although shipping
and charges may apply, we still work on minimal changes
or updates for free.
